How do I cancel or change my order?
You may change or cancel an order before we send you a Dispatch email by contacting customer service. If the order is dispatched please refuse the order at the point of delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The delivery period of your order depends entirely upon the delivery type you selected and destination country. This is stated at checkout however, if you are still unsure please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to advise you.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order. A signature is required for all deliveries. If you’re unavailable a card will be left with rearrangement details or delivered to a neighbour.
How do I care for my products?
Our products are designed to help the modern day rider, therefore they are easy to wash and you don’t necessarily have to iron them. However, there are still ways you can love and care for your new garments by following the care instructions below:
-Wash with like colours only
-Wash at 30 degrees
-Do not use chlorine based bleach
-Do not dry clean
-Tumble dry on a low heat setting

What is your return policy?
We offer free returns!
If you wish to exchange or return your order, please fill in the returns slip and include it with the goods to wish to return and send back to Us. Simply contact us for a pre-paid postage label. Please note all items must be returned within 14 working days from the purchase order date, undamaged and clean as to adhere to the Healthy and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Please note that no refund or exchange can be given after fourteen days of signing for your order or if goods are damaged or unclean. Please note that it is your responsibility to return your item back to Us.

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the price of the goods in your order.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU (including the Channel Islands):
We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.
These charges are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and you may also need to provide additional information to clear your order. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

All of our orders are treated as a gift. Therefore we offer branded signature packaging on all of our orders.
